LaTrissa Womack
Education: In 2009, she attended Keiser University- Orlando Campus where she graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Massage Therapy. After learning more about the benefits of massage she decided to continue her education by attending Everglades University- Altamonte Springs Campus and Online for Alternative Medicine. She graduated in 2023 with her Bachelor's Degree.
Specialties/ Trainings: To this today, LaTrissa continues to expand her love for her trade. She is known for her Deep Tissue massages but she can also perform Cupping, Geriatric, Himalayan Salt Stone, Hot Stone, Swedish, Pediatric and Post Partum/Prenatal massage.
Favorites: Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, Prenatal and any stone service.
Philosophy of Healing: I believe all healing through massage stems from the surrounding areas of the spine to include core areas near organs to allow prevention of sickness or injury.

SWEDISH
A massage with lighter pressure intended to gently relax muscles and promote blood flow throughout the body
DEEP TISSUE
A massage with stronger pressure intended to relieve chronic aches and pain within superficial muscles that maybe causing stiffness and limited range of motion
PRENATAL
A massage for mothers-to-be at least 13 weeks gestational stage.
Those that may be high risk need doctor written consent.
CUPPING
An Eastern medicine massage technique using suction to draw out tension within the deeper layers of muscle tissue
HOT STONES
A massage that incorporates basalt stones to promote faster relaxation for tender, tight or stiff muscles
HIMALAYAN SALT STONES
A massage that incorporates smoothed Himalayan Salt Stones filled with over 84 minerals to lower blood pressure, increase circulation and to restore minerals lost from any stresses.
